TYF is a weekly gathering of local highschoolers, pursuing more of Jesus. Meeting at our home, these young believers desire to dive headfirst into the heart of Jesus, going deep with Him. They want to know Who He is and what that means for them. In this spiritually-safe setting, hearts and minds are healed and set ablaze for the Kingdom of Heaven.
This community exists to connect young Christians and seekers that belong to other churches and schools with one another. Through weekly prayer, worship, and biblical teachings, in the Presence of The Holy Spirit, those in attendance are equipped, edified, exhorted, and stirred in such a way they cannot help but fall in love with Jesus. Our region’s youth are looking to fellowship with other Christians their age and experience God's Presence together, in an atmosphere that transforms their lives.
Church revival history is ripe with example after example of revival movements being birthed and breaking out specifically on college campuses. This has not changed.
The spiritual atmosphere at ETSU is ready for this. For this to be realized, local churches and collegiate ministries must unite and come together as one, for the sole purpose of ETSU’s students and staff experiencing all that God desires to do there.
Ministering on ETSU’s campus shows students and staff, firsthand, how Jesus sees them, Who Jesus is to them, and that they can know Him intimately. This is achieved through daily on-site Bible studies, prayer, teaching, and equipping, as led by The Lord.
Hem Chasers is committing to a weekly presence during the school year to be a light on the campus and to operate as a yielded vessel for God to pour His Spirit out through.
Christianity and the church, as a whole, began in Carter County over 250 years ago. The men and women that came before us laid a beautiful spiritual foundation that Christians in this region still benefit from today.
The hearts of those that came before us, we honor. And because of the lives laid down and the crosses that our ancestors bore, this region holds a special place in God’s heart. From the least to the greatest, Jesus desires His people to know how deeply they are loved by Him and to understand who they are to Him. Healing prayer and biblical conversation is needed in Elizabethton, Roan Mountain, Hampton, and each town and community that call Carter County home. The Holy Spirit has ignited our heart for the churches, the families and the individuals in this region.
We will have a weekly outreach to this special place.
The mission of Everyday Bride is to shepherd women, young and old, single or married, as they surrender their lives fully to Jesus. Through one-on-one discipleship, The Holy Spirit encourages, teaches, builds up, and points each believer to their life hidden in Jesus, while committed to the Word of God.
The goal of Everyday Bride is to bring women to an unfailing devotion to the secret place, addicted to encountering The Lord every morning in their home, thereby overtime, falling deeper and deeper in love with The Lord. We believe that if Jesus’s disciples could stay whole-heartedly devoted until their end, we too can do the same, no matter what the cost, all because we know Jesus intimately and connect our heart with His every morning.
